Celebrate your arrival with the Welcome Reception concluding with dinner on the Riverhouse Lawn

9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Airport Arrivals

Please check your ground transportation on the Travel & Stay tab.  You will use that transportation to get from the airport to the hotel. 

Please look out for our UHM Greeters at baggage claim.  They'll be holding UHM signs and they will be able to direct you to where you need to go for transportation.

If you get lost and can't find a UHM Greeter, please reach out to (ADD NUMBER)

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Welcome Reception | Montage Palmetto Bluff, THE CHAPEL

Please come enjoy food and drinks and mingle with fellow Partner's while you room is getting ready.  This is where you will pickup your room key and name badge from the Admin Team at the UHM Registration desk.

Please feel free to leave your luggage with the bellmen upon arrival.  They will make sure your luggage gets to your room once it's ready.

We are asking everyone to please stop by even if you check-in earlier than Wednesday.

Cocktail Reception & Dinner | Montage Palmetto Bluff, MAY RIVER LAWN

Dress Code: Casual – This event will be Outside 

We will be having a family welcome dinner outside on the May River Lawn.  Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm.

Late Night | Montage Palmetto Bluff, RIVERHOUSE LAWN & SPEAKEASY

 

Late Night with Bill – After Dinner, Partners are invited to join Bill at the Riverhouse Lawn and Speakeasy.  This is right next to the May River Lawn where we will be having dinner.

You may smoke cigars at the Riverhouse Lawn Outside
